THE LUNCH LADY PREFERS ONLINE ORDERING


Registering your Lunch Lady account:
• You may already be registered for online ordering if one of your children attends another Lunch Lady school and you have provided us with your email address.  Just click on “Forgot your password?” at the login screen and you’ll be sent your password at the email address you have previously given us.

• If you don’t have a Lunch Lady account, click on “Request an account” on the login screen, and provide us with the required information.  Allow a day or so for your password to be sent to you.

• Once you’ve logged in the first time, if your child isn’t already in the system, click on “Add Student” on the left hand side and enter them. 

Ordering your lunches:
• To place your order, go to the home screen (“Online Home” on the left side of the screen) pick a menu for your student.  Then click on “Order” 

• You are now on the ordering screen.  On the left of this screen you’ll find all the possible entrees and sides that can be ordered for the month, with letter or number codes beside them.  On the right side of the screen is the order entry.  For each day of delivery, select the letter or number code for your choice using the pull-down box.  Up to four entrees or sides can be chosen for each day.

• Once you are done choosing your menu for the month, click on “Save Orders or Changes”, then click on “Pay Now” to pay via credit card.  

Orders can not be made or changed within three school days of the delivery date.  Orders may still be cancelled until 8:00AM the day of service by calling or emailing the kitchen.
